About
OMK Associates (formerly OMK Design) are a market-leading furniture designer and manufacturer specialising in public seating for airports, railways, and ferry terminals.
Brief
OMK required a new web site that restructured there existing web content into an easily navigable, searchable and updatable resource, while maintaining a distinctive look and feel.
Solution
Aliform completely rebuilt a new website following a new in-house design.
The new site is predominantly built in XHTML with CSS styling and layout, allowing content to be easily viewed across multiple platforms and browsers, including handheld devices.
Enhanced features include a Mercator Projection Flash map to show OMK installations worldwide and AJAX javascript coding for slideshows and custom scrolling navigation.
The site is built with Adobe Dreamweaver editable templates that allow online content management via Adobe Contribute.
