About

Robert Heath Heating Ltd (RHH) is a firm of heating engineers who use mobile technology to perform gas boiler safety maintenance on thousands of properties across South-East England.

Brief

RHH needed a series of interactive charts to display up-to-date gas safety data on all properties under their remit. These charts needed to click through to property summary pages (detailing the gas safety history of a property) as part of the RHH Partner Access System.

Solution

In consultation with RHH and Contraplay (a database company), Aliform developed a series of interactive charts in Flash, which featured a drilldown facility so users could quick isolate problem properties in a large batch of data. A series of HTML templates were developed for the rest of the Partner Access System.

RHH now uses the Partner Access system for a large part of the day-to-day running of its business.
